COST:

 

R 45 000 pp sharing. R5 000 single supplement (if available).

50% non-refundable deposit required.

The group is limited to 15 on a first come first served basis.

The balance is payable by 31 July 2022.

Inclusions:

Flights Johannesburg - Cairo return

All domestic flights in Egypt as indicated

Other domestic transport (including Nile cruise) as indicated

3 and 4 star accommodation

All breakfasts

Lunch and dinner while on the cruise

All activities, (including guide costs, hot air ballooning and all entrance fees), as indicated, other than personal options

Yoga classes run by us on most mornings

 

Exclusions:

Lunch and dinner except on the cruise

All drinks unless indicated

Any personal activities and options

Shopping, incidentals and tips

 

Personal medical and cancelation insurance (see below)

Visas (and please make sure you have a valid passport and it meets the requirements of the Egyptian authorities).

(It is also your responsibility to ensure you comply with any Egyptian health requirements.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The group is limited to a maximum of 15 people. The activities on the Nile cruise are subject to alteration by the operator should the need arise.

This trip is being organised by Chrisna and Salomie for their friends, and maybe some friends of friends. We would like to keep it simple, but after the experience of the previous trip we organised and the ongoing uncertainties about travel, we need to spell out some terms and conditions for your benefit as well as ours.

The deposit you have paid is non-refundable in the event that you withdraw from the trip for whatever reason. A portion of the balance paid may be refunded at our discretion. It is your responsibility to take out medical and cancellation travel insurance cover and we require confirmation that you have done so. It is not expensive.

Please note: Our understanding is that, with the onset of Covid, available travel insurance cover now excludes most costs and losses incurred as a consequence, directly or indirectly, of the pandemic and similar events.

However unlikely, such an event could occur. Should it do so, forcing us to cancel the trip, we will refund all amounts paid less a deduction to cover costs and administration time incurred.

Likewise, should events beyond our control result in unplanned changes and delays of whatever duration while in Egypt, we will do whatever we can to mitigate extra costs incurred. However these costs will be for the personal account of each participant.
